At JJ Valets we pride ourselves in delivering a professional and reliable mobile valeting service. In order for us to keep working in this way it is only fair you respect our terms and conditions.

• Access to a plug socket for our extension lead is preferred, however we carry our own electricity and water.
• The vehicle is parked in a safe location with plenty of space in order for us to work safely.
• A full vehicle assessment will be carried out and any damage to either the exterior or interior will be noted.
• If the vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould or anything out of the ordinary then these can be discussed and we will find the perfect package for you!
• Please make sure the vehicle has plenty of room around it in order for us to work at our maximum capacity.
• All engine bay and internal steam/pressure cleaning is carried out in the same way on every vehicle with caution.
• Cancellation fee - all bookings are final and confirmed the day before. Unless given 24 hours notice there will be a 50% fee of the booking charged. Not turning up or cancelling on the day will require 100% of the booking to be paid.
